Industrial environments are hard on packaging. Parts are heavy, handling is rough, and containers get used, and reused, hundreds of times. Cardboard fails. Kiva Container builds corrugated plastic and thermoformed plastic packaging built for this.

We design and fabricate custom industrial containers, totes, trays, dividers, and pallets for manufacturing, MRO, and heavy industrial operations. Everything is made in-house in Anaheim, CA, with material options from lightweight 4mm corrugated plastic to .500″ thick thermoformed ABS and HDPE.

Heavy gauge and light gauge forming is often used to create part-specific packaging for internal use as well as outside delivery and supply chain requirements. Corrugated plastic can be used when parts can be in more open cavities, and substrates can be combined when both items bring something to the table. We often work with customers requiring packaging that protects parts internally moving between fabrication, plating, or polishing stations, then onto assembly and final product shipping. We have and continue to design and manufacture custom plastic packaging to aid in those requirements.
