ARE YOU THE MANUFACTURER?

Simple Answer YES.. We manufacture 98% of what goes out our door right here in Southern California, made in the good Ol’ USA. We have a small selection of things that we bring in but even those are made in the USA.


WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD LEAD TIME?

Our Standard Lead Time is 3-5 weeks, however based on material availability, color requirements or thickness it can take up to 7 weeks. On the flip side we usually beat our standard lead time and if you need something turned around quick we can usually accommodate that and work with you to achieve your packaging requirements.


WHAT IS THIS NRE CHARGE?

The Line item you see on your quote or sales order that says NRE is referring to the Non Recurring Engineering fee that is associated with creating a new tool or die. if the part is pre existing we usually can get away with not charging a NRE fee however most of the time it is necessary.


WHERE DOES MY TOOL COME FROM?

All of our tooling is done in house. yes.. in house.. meaning we have total complete control over the tooling process. We have our own team of engineers and product designers that work closely with our sales team to bring you exactly what your packaging requirements call for.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TOOL AND A DIE?

The Difference between a tool and a die is a die is usually used in the fabrication of a corrugated plastic box, a tool on the other hand is used in the forming process of vacuum forming. Both are represented in our quotes and sales orders by the NRE charge.


IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Unless otherwise stated no, we usually prepay and add it to the invoice but we have the ability to ship product on your account number as well as include it in our quoted price.. just ask..


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely in this global economy it is a must, we even have a generous amount of customers oversees, give us a call or shoot us an email and we will be happy to set things up with you.


WHAT COLORS DO YOU STOCK / SUPPLY?

In Corrugated Plastic we stock blue, black, and white. However at any given time we might have a number of different colors and thicknesses available. When it comes to custom colors.. if the color can be numbered in CMYK or RGB it can be produced. however there are certain plastic minimums that are required when it comes to custom color runs. Please feel free to call or email us to see what we have in stock or what the prices are for custom color runs.


WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL CAN YOU VACUUM FORM?

When it comes to vacuum forming we can pretty much form any forming grade plastic. PET, PETG, RPET, PVC, Styrene, HDPE, Kydex, LDPE, ABS, Stat-Rite, and many other Conductive and anti-static polymers. Give us a call and we can work together to provide you the best material for your needs.
