Today's electronics, consumer items and custom manufactured parts require exact fit, physical protection, and in some cases static protection and cleanliness when shipped or handled. From light gauge trays, blisters and clamshells (.010” in thickness) to heavy duty, deep draw totes and pallets (.500” in thickness), the capabilities of Kiva Container are unmatched by any other thermoformer nationally. In addition, our in-house tooling and pattern making can significantly shorten the pre-production sampling and lead time.
Kiva Container converts a wide range of substrates, including, but not limited to, Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (PETG), Stat-Rite, Styrene (HIPS), Conductive HIPS, KYDEX, High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Flocked Styrene. The wide spectrum of converted plastics is to answer an equally diverse product spectrum. Kiva Container has manufactured high end items as cosmetic displays for Sebastian, as utilitarian as luggage handling totes for major airports across the nation and as specialized as technical Electro Static Dissipative (ESD) inserts for cochlear implants manufactured by Advanced Bionics.

Light Gauge Forming
Light Gauge Forming is the forming of substrates from thicknesses of .01 to .08. We can and have formed everything from .010 PVC to .08 Styrene. Other substrates that can be formed as light gauge are PVC, Styrene, PETG, PET, RPET, Conductive Styrene, M809, S680.
Heavy gauge forming includes the vacuum forming of substrates from .09 to .5 yes half an inch. Everything from heavy duty handling trays, airport luggage tubs, to custom ballet boxes and voting booths, heavy gauge vacuum forming does it all. Materials include Styrene, ABS HDPE, and KYDEX.
